All my Face to face sessions are ran from my own private studio. My sessions are booking only.

My main focus is Strength, Core, Mobility & Cardio for you in Midlife. I see so many women not getting the results they want in midlife and feeling frustrated by Peri / Meno sympthons affecting their mood, fatigue and weight gain. I can help you retrain your mind & body and switch it up helping you understand these are the years to live life & enjoy movement.

I have a private training studio were I run a small timetable and film my Virtual workouts. This can also be hired for VIP fitness corporate sessions & seminars.

Midlife Fitness

Some women struggle with the idea of aging as its so linked to our looks (not our fault its the pressure of life thats ingrained)

I've accepted I'm getting older and now see it as an opportunity to be the fittest I can be and focus on longetivity now more then anything. I teach women the pillars of health & fitness that work in midlife.

I am now coaching as many women as I can with nutrition, fitness, strength & coping methods during midlife and the Peri / Meno transistion.
