Block runs, functional circuit training, battle ropes, box jumps and burpees are all thrown into this tough Zestfit class. We focus on pushing you to the limits, we may buddy you up, we may make you feel queasy! This class is designed to challenge you on every level and scorch a load of calories too! Not for the faint hearted & may contain some bad language.
