This class introduces you to moving alittle slower and more controlled. Within the class some sections do focus on the core, lower body particularly thighs and glute toning. No high impact at all during this class so great if you suffer from back pain, knee pain or have been out of exercise for a while.
A perfect class to mix with other forms of training like walking, swimming and cardio. Perfect for new mummies or brand new to exercise. You can also bring along your baby or toddler to this class if childcare is an issue. Baby ear defenders are always handed out to little ones to protect their ears.
