Rip & Rep

This is a fantastic interval timed class. Rep and Rip focuses on using 10 minute interval blocks.

Each 10 minute block focuses on upper body using weights and bodyweight, lower body again using weights and bodyweight for example squats, plie squats and such like, cardio this section is designed to work you non stop for 10 minutes using different cardio moves always at a level that suits your bodytype and core. The core section is another 10 minute block working your abdominals in lots of different various. This class is typically team teached with two of our rock star trainers.

The timer is set during class so you can see exactly where you are during your interval! Its tough but like all Zestfit classes designed for any ability and fitness level. Zestfit pride themselves on looking after everyone and anyone no matter what your fitness level is.
