A class that you can choose to go at your own pace or push yourself that little bit harder.
We want you to understand weights is a really important part of your training regime, this class helps perfect your technique and helps grow your confidence using equipment you may use in the gym alone.
A dedicated section at the end of the class will focus on your core too so you will feel like you have had a full body workout.
A great class if your worried about co ordination or training alone you will always meet someone friendly who will buddy along with you and motivate you too! We want you to be fit and strong and injury free for forever this will help you on that journey.
