A real focus on circuit style training throwing in skipping, bodyweight and Shaggy’s famous toning combinations. There will always be a full stretch at the end of the class to help combat muscular soreness.
You will get the opportunity to box with Shaggy and perfect your technique throughout. A great class to kick off your Friday morning. Easy going and relaxed but by no means a walk in the park!
A great class to bring along your baby or toddler to if childcare is an issue.
