We understand how important it is to create healthy habits right from a very early age. Which is why we champion getting the kids and little ones involved as much as possible. All our 9.30am classes are suitable for new mums to bring their babies or pre schoolers and of an evening we always allow parents to bring their tweenies or teenagers to get them involved in sweating in some way!
